2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 pounds lamb chops
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large onion, diced
1/4 teaspoon white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, lemon zest, sugar, oil and onions until well blended. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before grilling.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Place lamb chops on grill and grill until evenly brown on both sides. Remove chops and place on platter. Slice chops over the shoulder and serve with chops and onions. Garnish with lemon slices and crushed cornflakes and butter.
Stir lemon and vanilla into chops and onions.
