1 1/3 cups water
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried garlic powder
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 (8 ounce) bottle sour cream
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
Bring water, brown sugar, maraschino cherries, lemon juice, white pepper, garlic powder, dry mustard, salt, oregano and sour cream and chicken wings to a boil in large pot; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.
Ladle chicken into a bowl to cook, rinsing thoroughly. Serve warm, serving with salsa.
