1 (16 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (16 ounce) can frozen strawberry pudding, thawed
Melt marshmallows in microwave or in one of 2 simple microwave ovens.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Spread marshmallows evenly over bottom and sides of Boston loaf pan. Place cream cheese over marshmallows in pan so that it is completely covered.
In a small saucepan, whip whipped topping until frothy. Let cool slightly and then spread cream cheese evenly over cream cheese layer.
Beat cream cheese into strawberries. Pour over frosting. Refrigerate until serving.
