3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) can sliced sweet onion, drained
1/2 cup jalapeno pepper
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon dill weed
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, onion, jalapeno pepper, sour cream and shredded cheese. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour, or until serving.
Grill meats uncovered, about 8 minutes per side.
