1 (6 ounce) package Dave's Kool Aid Mix
3 tablespoons water
1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
1/2 cup blueberries
In a large bowl, mix 5 cups cold water, 1/4 cup diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, blueberries and water. Stir over a double boiler, stirring occasionally until thoroughly blended. Carefully pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking or serving dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The following morning, preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets and grease 2 or more lightly greased cookie sheets.
Shape dough into 1/2 inch balls. Roll the balls in blueberries using a sharp knife. Place cookies 1 1/4 inch apart onto prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
