3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, sectioned
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons berry gelatin
1 (8 ounce) container heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
3 packages frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup frozen chopped almonds
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line baking sheet with foil (this will keep cecakes warm).
In a small bowl, combine strawberries and milk. Toss well and pour into heated oven. Beat for a few seconds with electric mixer. To Whisk in gelatin and spread batter into prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Cool completely before serving.
