1 cup cream of vanilla pudding
3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 pound sherbet
8 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 1/4 cups milk
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese and sherbet. Stir in ice cream and milk. Freeze until solid, stirring every 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese mixture with hands until smooth; gradually stir in vanilla ice cream further. Serve over frozen peaches and nuts.
