3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, sliced into small strips
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 (10 ounce) package uncooked white rice
1 oz. (3.5 ounce) firm tofu, cut into 4 wedges
1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, and garlic. Cover, and marinate in refrigerator for 60 to 70 minutes.
