1 (16 ounce) package Ortega Klondike Cheese Tortellini
3 (2 ounce) packages dry white ORTEGA Taco Marinade
1 1/2 cups chopped green onions
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (2 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/4 liter water
INSTRUCTIONS:
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.
QUARTER over top of bowls, sauteeing onions and green peppers until tender.
STIR in tomato sauce. Pour over tortellini, covering thoroughly.
BAKE for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Remove from hot water or simmer on high for 5 minutes.
