1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup chicken broth
1 sweet pickle, diced
1 onion, diced
2 tablespoons white sugar
3 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup hot water
1 large zucchini, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add chicken broth, pickle, onion, sugar, bouillon granules, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper and sage. Saute over medium high heat for 5 minutes.
Stir in chicken pieces. Cook 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve chicken on a platter.
