2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon salt
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup water
1 cup beef broth
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetable salad greens, thawed
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 (10 ounce) package frozen sliced mushrooms
1 (3 ounce) can mushroom-flavored sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
sour cream
In a medium saucepan, combine chicken bouillon, salt, pepper, water and beef broth. Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to medium, and stir in onion, green pepper, mixed salad greens, red onion, mushrooms, mushrooms, mixed salad greens, assorted vegetables, lemon juice and sour cream. Simmer 5 minutes.
Good recipe. I used Whitehead beans and black pepper. I did 3-4 tilapia or salmon and Sambal Oelek, which were both hits there. Both reported very good results with the fish. The periwinkle my fish had was amazing. The periwinkle was everywhere! It wasn't confined to the flakes. It wasn't foamy like a fishy peroxide. And it wasn't like burnt plastic would be. It was peachy-toned and pretty. WTG!!
