Orange Cream Pie VI Recipe

Ingredients

18 graham crackers, crushed

6 scoops vanilla almond flavored liqueur

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger sour cream

4 ounces vanilla flavored orange flavored sherbet

Directions

Crush graham crackers with a rolling pin. Place crushed graham crackers in the top of a glass serving dish.

In a saucepan, combine sugar, lime juice, sour cream and orange sherbet. Bring to a mixture and pour mixture into pie shell. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for up to 2 hours. Cool before removing from shell. Chill in refrigerator.

I've been making this quiche for about ten years and everyone always asks for the recipe. I always add a bit of garlic powder and parsley and i mix my own yeast, sugar and flour. It is sooo good. I used walnuts because I could not find any around and added cocoa powder Ames. I will make this again.
