Tai's Homemade Baked Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup winter white fluff

1 cup butter, softened

1/3 cup half-and-half cream

1 1/4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

1 (21 ounce) can sweet and savoury tomato sauce

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Line baking sheet with foil. Melt butter in lightly greased nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle top of skillet with crushed garlic and saute for 1 minute; then add tomato sauce and cottage cheese.

Cook, stirring until sauce begins to thicken; gently stir in mixture. (Note: If sauce begins to stick, remove skillet from heat.)

Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 20 minutes; then reduce heat to medium-low and continue baking until knife inserted in middle comes out clean, about 20 minutes more.
