Remove chicken from wrappers and discard skin, flesh, legs, legs and browns. Transfer and discard legs. Place chicken in a baking sheet or in a 9x13 inch casserole dish (see Note). Brush top and bottom with egg mixture. Seal and secure with toothpicks.
