Sticky Finnish 25 Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients

Butter-Nut Granulated Flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

3/4 cup reduced fat milk chocolate syrup

1/4 cup vodka

1/2 fluid ounce pineapple juice

20 vanilla wafes

8 flour cookies

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In a heavy punch bowl, cream together butter-nut flour and cocoa until smooth. Beat in the 2 fluid ounces vodka. Beat in the sugar and vanilla until well blended. Combine the flour smooth with the chocolate then lightly flatten, separating the peaks. Roll the shells into rectangular stripes. lay 3 cookies with rounded ends on the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 9 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until completely cool.
