1 (16 ounce) can spaghetti or spaghetti sauce
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple wine or tomato juice
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste with juice
1 (12 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Stir in pineapple wine, tomato juice, cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Stirred sauce should be glossy.
