1 1/3 cups brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 cup vodka
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/3 cups cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch pan or 9x9 inch pan.
Stir brown sugar and lemon juice into margarita glass. Stir in lemon zest. Shake vigorously until mixture is completely dissolved. Pour in vodka. Stir in eggs and lemon zest. Pour mixture into greased pan.
Bake in a preheated oven for 1/2 hour. Remove from oven, and cool in refrigerator. Serve immediately.
