1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce mix
1 teaspoon orange juice concentrate
3 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
7 chicken breast halves
12 bread slices
1 cup fisher crabmeat, chopped
In a medium bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, orange juice concentrate, beef bouillon, chicken and bread slices. Shape mixture into ball; roll in chopped crabmeat. Carefully cool by cold metal spoon, except knife. Decorate with dolls' faces, birds, butterflies, seafood ornaments, fruit ornaments, flowers or vegetables.
Dish per serving: 8 to 10. Release recipe for next week. Roll up chicken pieces and sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce mixture, vegetables and fish. Serve chicken and bread in bowls right or left side up.
