Outstanding Chicken Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

2 tablespoons lemon juice

3 teaspoons prepared horseradish

4 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons hot water

1 1/2 teaspoons paprika

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon paprika seasoning (optional)

Directions

Place chicken in a large, heavy pot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cover. Reduce heat, and cover. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat, cool, peel, cut into bite size pieces, and serve in sauce or on the side.

In a medium saucepan bring 3/4 cup of lemon juice to a boil, then add the horseradish, red pepper flakes, Worcestershire sauce, and hot water. Stir all together well and continue to simmer for about 15 minutes.

Spoon horseradish mixture over chicken pieces. Garnish with sliced green olives.
