1 (16 ounce) can canned tomato sauce
1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (8 ounce) can crushed cheese, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
8 eggs
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 pint shredded Cheddar cheese
In a medium mixing bowl combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, cheese, onion slices, eggs, oregano, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and Swiss cheese. Mix well and refrigerate for 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Remove pita from oven and grease a 4 to 6 inch toque (large baking dish) pan. Spread pita with tomato sauce mixture and top with Monterey Jack cheese and Swiss cheese. Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Remove pita from oven and drizzle with tomato sauce mixture and serve.
