1 (8 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 (16 ounce) can sliced fresh pineapple, drained
1 orange, juice and sugar
In a medium saucepan, combine lemon gelatin and cream cheese. Stir well and allow mixture to cool slightly. Flatten mixture into a 10 inch square.
In a large metal bowl, beat gelatin and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Pour in pudding mix and lemon pudding mix. Beat until mixture is thickened. Spread over pie crust. Chill until serving. Garnish with sliced pineapple and lemon slices.
