Home Style Thai Fried Chicken Tacos Recipe

Ingredients

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon hot paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 carrot, shredded

3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Transfer chicken into a large bowl, and saute in oil for 5 minutes. Stir in Sriracha and paprika. Heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until chicken is no longer pink. Transfer the mixture over the chicken. Mix with the garlic powder, onion, green pepper, carrot, bell pepper, Worcestershire cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Transfer the mixture over the chicken. Return chicken to a skillet over medium heat and heat through, about 5 minutes per side.
