Peach Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (19 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch pie pans.

In a large bowl, mix peaches and sugar. Stir in baking soda, baking powder, and baking soda mixture. Make sure to use non-stick pan! Stir in vanilla extract and lemon zest. Mix in lemon juice and pineapple slices. Pour filling into prepared pans.

Bake pie in center of oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Gelatin under center of pie while still hot. Chill before serving.

I loved this burritos! Like another reviewer, I also used Panera Bread ingredients. I made these using my Blendr processor which is essential for this recipe. I used 2 packages of diced tomatoes which I blended in by hand to the ingredients (not in a large bowl). Just ended up using the salsa verde which is so good. Will make this again.
