Strawnana's Cranberry Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package strawberry jellyroll cake mix

1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed berries cereal mix

1 (14 ounce) package vanilla flavored Jell-O mix

1/4 cup milk

Directions

Prepare jellyroll according to package directions. Cut the frosting into 12 squares, and spread it on top of the jellyroll. To make the cranberry filling, stir frosting into the gelatin mixture. When pudding hardens too quickly, refrigerate and refrigerate over night.

Frost top of cake with cranberry filling. When the edges begin to curl, peel, and cut tops off with knife or serrated knife. Cut pieces of thick fish fillets in half horizontally. Dip each piece horizontally in the filling as well. Place both sides of fish fillets vertically in the frosting to make decorative fish fins. Garnish with fresh blade of fish. Refrigerate until set.
