1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
3/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
In a medium bowl, stir together the chopped onion, celery, green pepper, milk, butter, flour, garlic powder and salt. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
