4 cups milk
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups salted water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen Strawberries
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup white sugar
2 cups confectioners' sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a medium bowl, whisk milk, confectioners' sugar, oil and water together until creamy. Gradually stir in vanilla extract and eggs until well blended.
Heat cream in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk in wooden spoon until mixture resembles peanut butter. Stir in 1 cup of wet ingredients, mixing well. Fold in sour cream paste until no streaks remain. Stir in flour mixture just until powder forms. Continue to stir until all ingredients are covered. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 42 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
