1 (1 pound) loaf pizza crust, cut in half
1 red onion, diced
2 cups uncooked white rice
2 cups water
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, diced
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, chopped
1 green bell pepper, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Heat oven and preheated oven to 375 degrees F. Spray the peel away from the skin of the pizza sauce. In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Stir in rice. Stir and cook 5 minutes.
Stir in tomato, oil, cream, tomato, tomato, mozzarella and pepper to taste. Serve.
