3 (4 ounce) cans tomato paste
4 cups water
1 (15 ounce) can water chestnuts
3 (20 ounce) cans pimento peppers, drained
In a saucepan, place diced onion, tomato, onion, tomato paste, water and water. Stir together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Transfer tomato mixture to a medium saucepan. Stir in tomatoes, peppers and onion. Heat through, remove from heat. Serve warm.
