1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1 (17 ounce) jar frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
8 fluid ounces milk
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Beat butter, brown sugar, whipping cream and pineapple into a large bowl. Mix into cream cheese mixture until well blended. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until topping is set and mixture is golden brown.
