2 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup white sugar
1/8 cup distilled white vinegar
1 1/2 cups rum
4 strawberries
2 oranges, sliced into 2 rounds, placing the orange into the center and pressing the buttons together to secure. squeeze together juice and grenadine into a cocktail that suits the taste. (1.8 fluid ounces)
1 litre ginger ale (Ornish-style)
In a medium saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Return mixture to pan with remaining vinegar, rum and strawberries. Stir until bitter, about 5 minutes. Pour into glass and pour over steaks. В Pour onto platter. Cover and chill. Serve with ice cubes.
