3 (1 ounce) squares white sugar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 pound boneless chicken breast halves
1 (8 ounce) package Poblano chile pepper, seeded and diced
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (3 ounce) package instant olive oil
In a large bowl, combine sugar, parsley and chicken. Place over a flame on the stovetop. Add vinegar or olive oil and cook until chicken is cooked through. Stir batches of sauce as necessary to reach desired thickness and consistency of chicken.
