1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
1 3/4 cups boiling water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans
Roll pastry out onto flat surface. Wet hands with water. Pipe chocolate strip onto sheet of pastry. Cut candy bars from mini marshmallows or pecans and roll; cut squares from marshmallows. Place in blender or food processor; cover and steam for approximately 1 minute. Mix marshmallows and pecans. Chill in refrigerator.
Measure boiling water and oil in 2-quart hot water jug or stand mixer cup. Add yeast, melted marshmallows, pecans and marshmallows; stir. Beat 3 minutes. Pour into 5 or 6 6 thin cakes; turn out onto a serving dish. Cover loosely with waxed paper and refrigerate about 1 hour or overnight.
