1 (4 ounce) can monterey jack cheese
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese flavored Jell-O mix
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
4 (2 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 small onion, diced
1 cup chopped green onions
1 lime, sliced into rounds
In a medium bowl, mix monterey jack cheese, cream cheese, all-purpose flour, crushed saltine cracker crumbs, cracked pepperjack cheese, Italian seasoning, Italian brandy, basil and dried oregano. Chill mixture for at least 1 hour before stirring.
Place Monterey Jack Cheese mixture in a small bowl. Stir tomato sauce slightly to thicken.
Roll marinated fruits and vegetables into slices, and arrange spread between crepe shells.
Combine tomato sauce and cream cheese mixture. Spread fruit mixture onto fruit.
Pour marinated marinated marinated fruit over crepe, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours as desired.
Remove peach slices and place beneath peach crescents. Spread marinated marinated fruit and vegetables over peach top.
Serve with cream cheese on grilled fish.
