2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut to 1/2 inch thick
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 (10 ounce) package ramen noodles, crushed
2 (4 ounce) cans chicken broth, chilled
1/3 cup mirin
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon horseradish
1 tablespoon dried green chiles (optional)
2 pounds carrots
2 small potatoes, sliced into 1 inch wedges
2 carrots, sliced into wedges
1 medium onion, sliced in ring
1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch slices
Place the pork in a slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix the butter, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, chiles and green chiles. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate as long as you like the flavor.
Cook on low for six to eight hours, when the tenderloin should be tender but not dry.
