1 1/4 cups margarine, softened
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon margarine, softened
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix margarine, brown sugar, chocolate, cream cheese, white sugar, cocoa, and vanilla. Roll mixture into a 1 1 1/2 inch rectangle, and place under preheated oven rack.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
