1 (10 ounce) can peeled pineapple, juice reserved
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (6 ounce) can sliced fresh ginger root
1/3 cup white sugar
2 cups milk
In a small saucepan over low heat, mix pineapple, lime juice and lemon juice.
Pour lemon juice into a blender in a slow pour using a spoon. Shake vigorously, and add ginger extract. Pour lemon juice into blender, blending until smooth.
In a bottom bottom glass serving bowl, mix the sugar, milk, lemonade and lime juice.
