2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 stick butter, chilled
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 (21 ounce) can sweetened lemon juice concentrate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove wrappers from jars and cut into 4 pieces. Stir in jam.
Place ingredients in blender in medium sized mixing bowl. Blend until smooth or creamy. Pour mixture into 9x5 inch loaf pans.
Bake in preheated oven until top is light brown, 30 minutes.
