2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, cut into 1/4 inch slices
3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast sandwiches
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine garlic powder, parsley and oil in a small bowl. Mix together and pour into a medium sized (1/4 to 1 cube) glass baking dish. Layer chicken, onion and olive slices on top. Layer bread cubes with onion, tomato and cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for a minimum of 8 hours.
