1 (3 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded coconut
4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch round baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, pudding mix, milk, coconut and chopped pecans. Beat by hand until batter is foldable. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.
