Yogurt and Cheese Potato Pie Recipe

Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed and cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 cup milk

1 1/2 tablespoons butter

3 eggs, separated

1 cup nonfat dry milk powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

1/2 cup chopped onion

Directions

In a large bowl, mix milk, butter, eggs, dry milk powder, baking soda, lemon zest and salt. Mix until well blended. Spoon mixture into pie crust.

Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for 25 minutes more or until bubbly in centers. Allow to cool completely.

Heat sour cream and pepper in mixing bowl until well blended. Stir in onion, and spoon into pie.
