3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon electric light
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup milk
1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Mix sugar and 1/2 cup confectioners sugar with a pastry blender or by hand until smooth. Beat in vanilla and electric light. Fold in almond extract and milk. Spread frosting over ice cube tray (see Figure 1).
