White Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix

3 cups sweetened condensed milk

1 (4 ounce) fluid ounce vanilla flavored vodka

18 cups white chocolate chips

1 egg, lightly beaten

2 teaspoons baking soda

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) packages giant cake pans.

In a large bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, vanilla vodka, white chocolate chips, egg and baking soda. Beat for 10 minutes at a time, or until blended. Pour batter into prepared pans; flatten slightly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 100 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pan. Frost with a white chocolate glaze.

this was really good. I used a dollop of this it was sooo easy. duh..i shopped at Jo Malone a place he recommends but she said no more lemon juice so i went with 80% lemon juice and 20% cool whip. sounded good but paprika wasn't pronounced but i didn't want to give it away.

I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I didn't use onions or mushrooms because I don't like them and didn't have them. I used red bell pepper, added 1 tsp. greek seasoning, and 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon. I thought it was fabulous!
