1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
3 cups sweetened condensed milk
1 (4 ounce) fluid ounce vanilla flavored vodka
18 cups white chocolate chips
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons baking soda
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) packages giant cake pans.
In a large bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, vanilla vodka, white chocolate chips, egg and baking soda. Beat for 10 minutes at a time, or until blended. Pour batter into prepared pans; flatten slightly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 100 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before removing from pan. Frost with a white chocolate glaze.
I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I didn't use onions or mushrooms because I don't like them and didn't have them. I used red bell pepper, added 1 tsp. greek seasoning, and 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon. I thought it was fabulous!
I made this quick, easy appetizer for a party and they disappeared very quickly. Several people asked me for the recipe. I would definetly make it again.
