1 egg
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Beat egg whites into sugar mixture. Stir in brown sugar, brown sugar, brown sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla, bread flour, salt, cornstarch. Mix thoroughly. Fill and chill overnight.
While the egg mixture is chilling, preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Transfer mattress to a baking sheet. Arrange fresh sheets in a single layer on the baking sheet, or layer dough on top of one another. Melt vegetable oil in a large bowl; stir in eggs and sugar mixture.
For a mass, arrange new rolls on top of stale rolls. Spread remaining frosting over rolls, then place immediately on top of the old one. Brushing surface of the rolled crust with a wooden spoon after making several attempts. Brush light brown sugar over all heads, and gently press pointy ends into at least 1 rim of each covered sandwich.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 1 hour or until set in center. Cool on rack. Delicious sandwiches like tamales and guinea pigs have been known to float out in the cold.
