1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups diced onion
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup chopped onion
2 carrots, cut into 1/2 inch rounds
1 (10 ounce) can chicken broth mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup sliced pineapple
1 cup sliced bacon
1/2 cup butter
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
In a large saucepan, heat the oil and chicken broth together over medium heat. Saute mushrooms, carrots, onion, celery and bacon in oil and water for about 6 minutes.
Add chicken broth mix while stirring, and puree for about 40 seconds. Serve chicken mixture with bread crumbs.
Pour sauce over chicken of your choice, or simply heat through.
