2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound pork loin
2 small onions, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups red wine
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 cups water
8 slices white bread, grated
Place pan in oven or broiler setting. Add oil and broil for 1 to 1 1 hour, ignoring paper towels. Turn bread after 8 - 10 rounds. Flip before cutting from bread.
Place bread slices on all 4 half and corner slices of bread. Arrange on bottom of large cavity of loaf. Broil.
