1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x9 inch pan. Add the chocolate chips and mix well. Spread evenly into the pan. Bake for 12 to 16 minutes in the preheated oven, or until set. Cool completely.
Line the bottom and sides of a greased double boiler or using a metal ring binder set in the bottom of the freezer. Line a 10x15 inch glass pan with foil. Place a tablespoon of chocolate syrup in the bottom of the pan. Freeze until solid.
