Baked Scrimshaw Fish Recipe

Ingredients

4 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 pounds boneless halibut, peeled and deveined

1 cup white wine

3 milk cubes

1 zucchini, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch rounds

1 onion, chopped

2 large tomatoes, chopped

2 cups orange juice

1/2 quart red wine

1 quart water

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 pound seaweed pasta

1 tablespoon butter, diced

1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Saute garlic and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until golden. Reduce heat to medium and cook 2 minutes, stirring. Stir in wine and 3 cups milk. Cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring, until mixture begins to thicken.

In a large bowl, gently mince garlic and zucchini into sauce. Stir in onion and tomatoes. Stir in wine, water, tomatoes, orange juice, red wine, fish and pasta. Season with salt and white pepper. Spoon into 6 of your favorite dishes.
