1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon water
1 cup pre-sweetened cocoa powder
In a medium bowl, mix sugar, milk, salt, vanilla and 1 1/2 cups margarine. Mix until candy thermometer reading reads 104 degrees F (65 degrees C).
Drop mixture onto ice cream workers. Place on flat sides of ice cream (not on sides). Garnish with bananas and chocolate candy.
