1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 medium head cabbage, divided
Beat cream cheese by hand, scraping bowl often. Add 1/2 cup of the onion and celery to cream cheese; beat well.
Stir in wanted flavor into fluffy egg mixture. Serve in 10 to 12 individual servings.
