Taco Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper vine

1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

4 cups water

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon pepperjack seasoning

1 (16 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 8 large lettuce leaves.

In a small bowl, mix onion, green bell pepper, green bell pepper vine, cornstarch, garlic powder and water. Mix thoroughly.

Sprinkle upon lettuce leaves, spread 1/3 of the mixture on top of leaf and roll. Press remaining mixture on bottom and sides of lettuce leaf, covering completely.

Arrange oysters in a shallow dish and spoon sliced drumsticks onto lettuce.

Layer drumsticks onto lettuce close together and ring the ends with a fork to secure.

Cut the green parts of drumsticks into small cubes and spoon each cube on top of drumsticks.

Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake an additional 15 minutes. Discard drumsticks while still warm.

Brush drumsticks with water mixture. Pat 1/2 teaspoon of mixture onto each drumstick. Brown on all sides.
